Hi and welcome to Two Birds Coordination and Event Planning!

In the midst of a 16 hour round trip adventure to Park City, Utah to visit family, Two Birds was created together with the goal of bringing two completely different but vastly complementary skill sets together to create and manage incredible events. Two heads are better than one, as they say, and our vision is for each wedding and event to have a dynamic duo to ensure that every detail is perfectly executed.
Why do I need a wedding planner? And even more, why do I need two?!
Weddings and events come with details that you may have never thought of before you got engaged or decided to throw the party of your dreams. We know every little to-do, and when to get it done to help make your planning process and day-of as easy as possible.
In addition to that, we want to make sure that you enjoy every second of being engaged while you can! Call them your fiancé as much as possible, flash your ring to anyone and everyone, and leave it to us to keep track of your bookings, payments, and counting how many guests you have or how many toilets are at the venue (yes, a real item on the list of must-dos). We want you to be the driver, but have the freedom to give us the wheel when you want to simply enjoy the ride.
Lastly, having two wedding planners, in our opinion, is absolutely the best thing for you! Leading up to the event, you’ll have both of us to help give advice and insight, and to keep track of every last detail with our wide variety of combined expertise. And on top of that, during the event we are able to be in two places at once so no moment is unattended to, no detail is overlooked, and we are always available to you and your guests. Two heads, and Two Birds, are absolutely better than one.
